The Gift of the Magi, a mini-opera
This past December I had the pleasure of performing the lead role of "Jim" in the mini opera The Gift of the Magi by Jan Michael Alejandro & Jonathan Price, based of the short story by O. Henry. I had the pleasure of performing next to the very talented Soprano Christina Linton, under direction of Kirk Smith and musical direction of Gordon Glor. The performance was part of The NoHo Ho Holiday Show! @ the Secret Rose Theatre in North Hollywood. What a wonderful experience, I look forward to working again with this group, they are a ton of fun.
