According to an article published in the Los Angeles Times on March 31st entitled "When going gets tough, get tough on your costs - Raise your game with greater efficency and smater marketing". Small Business owners should not only look at ways to cut costs, but not forget about critical marketing tools like the website.
The article states "Our guiding principle is: Be targeted. Be disciplined. Be visible," said Shamim, who is also president of Beacon Management Group in Pasadena.

This article is right on target. According to Messer & Company, a business and marketing firm based in San Diego, "95% of consumers decide on who they are going to do business with on the business website along". So for business all fighting for customers it is so important that their websites have a professional, truthful and up-to-date reflection of their business.
