Using the Partner Manager
The SonicRegistration system is designed to help track the marketing of registrations via various "partners". These could be Exhibitors, Vendors, or Strategic Partners. These partners create a code that they attached to their email marketing or flyers and the registratant uses that code when registering. That registration is then linked to that code and various reports can be developed to track the marketing sources of registrants. This code can also be used by the sponoring company to track the source of various marketing materials.
Creating a New Code
Fill in the required fields (red) and a unique code that makes sense to you. The restrictions are that it must be less than 15 alphanumeric characters, ALL caps and NO spaces. You can use an underscore "_" or a hyphen "-" if you desire a "space" for readability. Submit your request when you are complete.
Update or Edit Previous Code
The combination of your code and your email address identifies your unique code and verifies that you are who you say you are to the system. This allows you to update your partner information at any time.
Email Partner Code to Me
If you have lost or missplace your information from a previous event. This is the tool to retrieve that code or codes. It will send to your email address all codes that are attached to that email address. You can use this to print your information and document your codes.
